Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kitten Sittin' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

Kitten Sittin' provides professional pet sitting services, including but not limited to feeding, playtime, litter box maintenance, and basic home care. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

Booking and Cancellation

When you book our services:

• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance
• A deposit may be required for first-time clients
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pets, including health conditions and behavioral issues
• Ensure your pets are up-to-date on vaccinations
• Provide necessary supplies (food, litter, medications, etc.)
• Ensure safe access to your home
• Inform us immediately of any changes to your pet's health or behavior

Liability and Insurance

Kitten Sittin' carries liability insurance and is bonded. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing health conditions, injuries resulting from pet behavior, or damage caused by pets. Clients are responsible for any damage their pets cause to our staff or equipment.

Emergency Care

In the event of a pet emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek veterinary care at your expense. You agree to reimburse us for any emergency veterinary expenses incurred.

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all information about you, your home, and your pets confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitten Sittin' shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kitten Sittin' operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
